Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration occurs online.  Click here to start the process.

Please contact me directly if your new kindergarten student has a medical consideration such as asthma, seizures, and/or life-threatening allergies. Also, please let me know if your child requires medication prescribed by their physician during the school day. If applicable, please review the Health Forms tab.

Additionally, your student is mandated to have required immunizations and a complete Universal Child Health Record. Visit the immunization requirements tab for more information about vaccines and state requirements. Visit the school health forms tab to download the Universal Child Health Record form. This form is also available at most pediatric offices.
